These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the NOA online store and any orders you place with us. By browsing or buying from this store, you agree to these Terms.

The store

NOA sells trading cards and related products for worldwide collectors. We operate this storefront on Shopify. Product photos, condition notes, and prices on each listing are part of the offer.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or restricted for export. If we cancel, we refund the amount you paid for that item.

Pricing and checkout

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country. Duties, taxes, and shipping are calculated at checkout where Shopify and the carrier data allow. You are responsible for any import fees your country charges that are not collected at checkout.

Condition and authenticity

Singles are inspected and described before listing. Sealed product is factory-sealed unless the listing says otherwise. Graded slabs ship in their case. Please read the product page before you buy.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you use to log in. Do not share your account. Contact us if you believe someone else used it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content (photos, copy, layout) without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NOA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the store after an update means you accept the new Terms.
