NOA ships trading cards from Japan to collectors worldwide.

Processing

Orders are packed after payment clears. Singles go in a sleeve, toploader, and team bag, then a rigid mailer or box. Graded slabs get extra corner protection.

Carriers and tracking

We use tracked export services. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us. Transit time depends on the destination and customs.

Duties and taxes

Some countries collect duties and taxes at checkout. Others collect them on delivery. Any fee not collected at checkout is the buyer’s responsibility.

Countries we cannot ship to

If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we cannot ship there with the current carrier setup. Contact us if you are unsure.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us with photos and your tracking number. We will open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund when the claim is accepted.
